Lilia has demonstrated this capability having
been part of new business start-ups, a
challenging yet rewarding experience of bringing
an idea to life at the Dentons Uganda Firm and
Grit Development International Limited.
Over the course of her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Equity Bank and Smile Telecoms, Lilia has accrued hands-on experience in Talent and Retention Management, Strategic planning & implementation, Team building & Good Leadership skills, Excellent communication skills, Contracts and Service provider management. Lilia has been exposed to management of HR Development & Training, Succession Planning, Payroll Administration & HR records Management, Planning & Organization, Performance Management, knowledge of & interpretation of Ugandan labour laws, Employee & Labour Relations, Negotiation skills, Judgment and decision making and is commited to Continuous Learning Lilia is currently pursuing the Advanced Diploma of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) UK. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management of the Uganda Management Institute (UMI) and a Bachelor of Arts in Arts, Honours Degree in Political Science and History, Makerere University
