Lilia has been exposed to management of HR Development & Training, Succession Planning, Payroll Administration & HR records Management, Planning & Organization, Performance Management, knowledge of & interpretation of Ugandan labour laws, Employee & Labour Relations, Negotiation skills, Judgment and decision making and is commited to Continuous Learning Lilia is currently pursuing the Advanced Diploma of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) UK. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management of the Uganda Management Institute (UMI) and a Bachelor of Arts in Arts, Honours Degree in Political Science and History, Makerere University
